From 1883 (תרמ”ג) to the present day, the Lomza Yeshiva has stood upon the same unshakeable foundations: a synthesis of diligent Torah study (Amal HaTorah), character refinement, and fear of Heaven (Yiras Shamayim), following the path of Rabbi Yisrael Salanter.
This is a path that seeks not merely to teach, but to shape a complete individual—a true Ben Torah in every aspect of his being.
Its foundations were laid in Lithuania, deep within the history of the Torah world. Its builders—Torah giants, spiritual luminaries, Roshei Yeshiva, and Ramim—have elevated its stature, imparting its unique legacy to the entire Yeshiva world, generation after generation.
Today, just as then, Lomza continues to raise generations of elite Avreichim, deeply immersed in Torah and Mussar, laboring not only in their studies but in the building of their very character.
Amidst the glorious chapters of the history of the Torah world throughout the generations, dwells the Lomza Yeshiva—an eternal flame that is never extinguished.

“May my entreaty be sweet on behalf of the glorious Kollel of the Lomza Yeshiva in Petach Tikva… where outstanding avreichim, exceedingly great in Torah, who toil in learning day and night, gather in its shadow. That which is famous needs no proof, for the precious value and goodness of the Kollel is well-known and renowned… It is our hope that through this glorious Kollel… the crown will be restored to its former glory… and the light of the venerable Gaon and Tzaddik, Moreinu HaRav Y.M. Gordon, zt”l, will shine in glory.”
“…Our recommendation concerns the Kollel of the Lomza Yeshiva in Petach Tikva, which is a group of avreichim who are great in Torah, whose quality is renowned throughout our Holy Land for renown and glory… It is incumbent upon us to multiply places of Torah and to enable those capable of ascending the heights of Torah. Therefore, we must express our gratitude to those who dedicate themselves and bear the burden of these immense expenses. It is an obligation upon anyone whose heart is touched by the fear of Hashem to come to His aid among the mighty, and to donate generously for the benefit of the Kollel… And all those who act and support will be blessed by the Master of All with the blessing, ‘Blessed is he who upholds the words of this Torah.'”
“It is a great privilege to participate in upholding the Torah in the Kollel of the Lomza Yeshiva in Petach Tikva… All who participate in this will be blessed with all the blessings promised to the supporters of Torah, and will merit a good and happy life, for long days and years filled with delight.”
“The avreichim who learn in the Kollel are well known to me—they are the finest of scholars. I am certain that anyone who assists this Kollel will see in his home and his family, in his affairs, his business, and his studies, in his spirituality and his materiality, from soul to flesh—goodness and blessing all his days, with great success, and with special Siyata Dishmaya (Heavenly assistance). For it is a great mitzvah to sustain a place that raises Bnei Torah.”
“Behold, the Kollel of the Lomza Yeshiva in Petach Tikva needs no recommendations, for it is known as a unique and radiant place of Torah that illuminates the entire area with outstanding avreichim who are immersed in Torah, turning nights into days in the depths of Torah toil… It is a great mitzvah to strengthen this place, as its expenses are immense, and supporters have become fewer in these times… Fortunate are those who assist it; may they merit all the blessings promised to the supporters of Torah…”
“It is a pleasant duty for us to acknowledge before your honors our distinguished friend, the Gaon Rav Moshe Ozer, shlit”a… who continues the holy burden of the Yeshiva following the passing of his father, Rav Eliezer Ozer, zt”l, to the Heavenly Academy… May all those who assist in the continued growth of this veteran Yeshiva in the Holy Land be blessed… with abundant blessings for long life, sustenance, and constant Siyata Dishmaya.”
